Summer Tournament Teams

Run & Gun Lacrosse is here for one reason...to help each player reach their potential. At the rate lacrosse is growing around the country, it is more challenging than ever to be noticed. This means you need to work even harder and put in more time to improve your skills as a player, leader, and teammate. We work to develop each player's game through intense skill building practices, great coaching, discipline play, and a positive atmosphere.

Our Mission is simple. Player Development. We understand that player improvement in the game of lacrosse is a process. It has to be taught age appropriately and each player must continue to be challenged as they move to each level. We want to bring out the best in our players. We accomplish this by providing the best competition, best coaching, and we put them in situations where they can be successful.

We are different from most programs when it comes to picking our coaches. Most programs hire accomplished high school and college players to coach their teams. Our belief is that being a good player doesn't make you a good coach. With that in mind, our head coaches are well established high school and college coaches. Our assistant coaches are also high school and college coaches as well as college players who we have worked closely with to make sure each player is getting the best possible instruction. We only hire coaches who we have worked with and share our beliefs.

 Each team will have a 23-25 player roster
